Together we will discover this beautiful country in our 4×4 vehicles with roof tents. This way we can reach places far away from mass tourism. We spend day and night outdoors, immersing ourselves deeply in nature and discovering its diversity of fascinating flora and fauna at any time of the day. In Costa Rica you can admire 5% of the world’s biodiversity.
Our journey through the different regions and climate zones of Costa Rica is a pure outdoor experience: Hiking through the rainforest, swimming under a waterfall, enjoying the view from a volcano, relaxing on the beach. Everywhere you go, there is something to discover.
Often, we are guests at private places to set up camp and get insights into the life, cuisine and traditions of the Ticos.

Being out in nature is our luxury. It is the best excuse not to be reachable all the time.
We have a lot of contact with locals and thus gain insights into their lives.
Thanks to our way of traveling, we are flexible and can adapt the route due to weather conditions.
What we do not offer:
mobile phone coverage everywhere
Electricity and warm showers in all camps
Included in the price:
- 1st night in a hotel in San José, including breakfast
- 11-days guided camping tour in the selected vehicle
including all overnight stays and meals - all activities according to the detailed program
Not included:
- personal expenses for soft drinks, alcohol, snacks, etc.
- individual activities on days off
- all additional expenses for the rented vehicle such as fuel, parking fees, highway tolls, etc.
- individual travel to San José

Add other components to your camping tour. For example: 2 nights in a jungle lodge in Tortuguero, a secluded, car-free village in the middle of the rainforest, between a river and the Caribbean Sea, before the tour. Or add a few days in a hotel on the beach after the camping trip or enjoy a few more days in the camper on your own. We would be happy to advise you on this too.
